Dear Parents/Guardians,
First semester is well underway and as such, we would like to invite you to attend our parent-teacher interviews taking place next Thursday October 17th from 2:30-4:00 pm and 6:30 – 8:00 pm in the gym. Once again, we are going to use an on-line appointment booking system to schedule these appointments. Click on the link to school appointments below.
Early dismissal is at 12:55pm on Thursday and Friday October 17, 18th.
The system allows parent/guardians to pre-book eight-minute time slots with up to four teachers for each of your students. Alternatively, you may instead request a call-back through the system if the teacher is unavailable or you are unable to make any of the appointment times work. Attached are instructions on how to register and book appointments.
There will be early dismissal on October 17th and October 18th, but please note, interviews are only being held on Thursday, October 17th. Busses will run at their regular times on both days.
